Dakota Consulting won a spot on gTANGIBLE’s team as part of a program management and technical services set-aside contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The contract is part of an agency-wide vehicle, known as Program Management, Administrative, Operations and Technical Support Services (PACTS II). Dakota and gTANGIBLE kicked off their contract on February 28.
The five-year, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract provides DHS with non-information technology services. PACTS II is a set-aside program for service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs) and designed to help DHS accomplish mission objectives and cross-organizational missions through non-IT solutions in various functional categories. Services provided in Functional Category 1 (FC 1) are program management services (including administrative and general management consulting services and processes, physical distribution and logistics consulting services) and technical services (engineering, environmental, technical and scientific consulting services).
