Matthew Paul Hoagberg

Program Director

Matthew Hoagberg is the Program Director for Dakota Consulting Inc. During his tenure at Dakota, Matthew served as a software development project manager and later transitioned to serving as a security controls and compliance specialist as the cybersecurity footprint at the company grew. A key member of the cybersecurity team, Matthew performs security assessments and provides project management direction for key government clients.

As the lead manager for the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Matthew provides monthly reporting, status meetings, invoice approval and project management reviews in coordination with clients and relevant stakeholders.

Matthew is a graduate of the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in both psychology and Bible studies.

A dedicated volunteer for a number of causes, Matthew also enjoys photography, hiking in the Rocky Mountains and playing soccer.
