Lee Davis

Program Manager, U.S. Air Force

Lee Davis serves as the Program Manager in the Dayton, Ohio office of Dakota Consulting Inc. He joined Dakota in 2016 when the company was rapidly growing in the federal government marketplace. Lee manages the local professional services EPASS contract at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) that employs 50 Dakota staff, 34 subcontract staff. 

Lee has oversight and responsibility for managing Dakota Consulting’s EPASS cost, schedule and performance metrics for both Dakota corporate and Air Force client leadership. He actively manages the Air Force client relationship, multiple partner subcontracts, staff turnover/retention, recruiting, cost management, invoicing, risk management, strategic partnerships and contract business growth.

Lee brings more than 20 years of experience in direct Air Force client support, including nine years as a Program Manager, overseeing the performance of professional services contracts at the Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command Logistics Directorate (HQ AFMC/A4/10) and Contracting Directorate (HQ AFMC/PK). Prior to joining Dakota, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Bering Straits Native Corporation and SAIC, and as a Consultant with BearingPoint and KPMG. 

He is a graduate of Wright State University, where he earned an undergraduate degree in social and industrial communication and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA). He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). 

In his free time, Lee enjoys his family and friends, serving others, participating in numerous outdoor activities, a little travel and watching or attending Ohio State Football games.
